I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was easily accessible and convenient. The location, near Tahrir Square, was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious food options. However, the best aspect of this hotel was definitely the staff. Mona and her team were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist me with any inquiries or requests. I was particularly impressed with the efficient service provided during check-in and check-out. this hotel surpassed my expectations in every way.

We had an amazing stay with a room overlooking a beautiful river. The furniture was comfortable and the bed was large and cozy. The bathroom was well-stocked with towels and fluffy slippers. The pool was clean and hygienic, with sterilized sun loungers. The hotel staff, especially Mr. Tarek, were friendly and helpful. The receptionists, especially Ms. Radwa, were welcoming and accommodating.

The central building, which used to be a royal palace, added an elegant touch. We were lucky to have been upgraded on arrival, giving us access to the lounge on the 18th floor. From there, we enjoyed breathtaking views of the Nile while having our breakfast and dinner. The staff at the lounge, especially Ehab, Hajir, and Abdulrahman, were incredibly welcoming and attentive.
